It’s a great chance to share ideas\, chat\, and make progress on a fun project. \nThis is a ladies-only\, clothing-optional gathering. Rooted in liberation\, breath\, and somatic embodied presence\, this series offers a gentle pause from the busyness of life and an invitation back into inner and outer freedom. \nEach gathering weaves guided meditation\, quiet reflection\, and nature-inspired awareness practices that restore balance\, deepen connection\, and cultivate a sense of spaciousness and ease. Open to all levels\, Freedom Friday is a welcoming space to slow down\, ground into the rhythms of the natural world\, and reconnect with what feels most true and alive. \nAs part of this experience\, we will begin clothed and gently explore the theme of “removing layers” — both figurative and\, for those who feel comfortable\, literal. Participants are invited to release tension\, expectations\, and protective layers at their own pace\, honoring personal comfort\, body autonomy\, and consent throughout. This practice is meant to be grounding\, freeing\, and deeply respectful of every body and every choice. \n\n🌟 About the Series Pass\nThe Series Pass is for those who wish to deepen into this journey across the full season. With this pass\, you are registered for every Freedom Friday session — in-person or online — without needing to sign up each time.
